Return Policy
We take special care to ensure that all of our products are functioning
properly before shipping. If you do have a problem, you can rest assured
that all of our hardware is backed by our 6 month guarantee! If you have
any problems with your smart card reader or chip programmer in the first
6 months, send it back for a free replacement. Send an email to CustomerService@Didya.com
to receive your RMA number for returning your bad unit.
PIC Chips and smart cards are not exchangeable. All chips and smart cards
are functioning when shipped and can not be returned. Only hardware can
be returned for replacement.
Do not ship items to us without a RMA number on the outside of the package.
All packages that do not have a RMA number will be discarded and no replacements
will be supplied.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final.
Please be aware that we do not offer money back refunds. If your hardware
is not functioning, we do offer a free replacement of your damaged unit.

What is your Shipping policy?
Currently all shipments are sent via Fedex or US priority mail (Puerto
Rico only) and shipped within one business day of your order. If your
order is being shipped to the USA, you will receive a tracking or delivery
confirmation number that can be used to track your package at Track
Your Package from Didya.com. Once you receive this number, your package
has been shipped and any information about your package can only be answered
by Fedex or USPS. Typical delivery time in the USA is 1-2 mail days.
International Shipments are currently shipped via USPS Global Express
mail (EMS). Tracking numbers will be provided including the link to track
when your package ships via email. Typical delivery time is 2-5 mail days,
but this number is dependant on clearing customs. Some packages may take
up to 10 days if held up in customs. Purchaser is responsible for any
taxes or duties levied by their governments.
What is your Privacy policy?
Didya.com values our customers privacy. We will not share any of our
customers information with any third party or sell the information in
any way shape or form. All information entered into our order system is
for the exclusive use of Didya.com. We will honor any request to remove
your contact information within 10 days of the request. If you have any
