Detailed Description : The ISO 7816 Dual Crystal Smart Card Programmer has two built in crystals that allow you to program / read smart cards at two fequencies (3.57Mhz and 3.68Mhz).
The Programmer has a built in switch so you can easily switch between frequencies for the type of ISO 7816 compliant smart card you are programming or reading from.
This Programmer works with popular freeware programs such as WinExplorer, Talk and Basic.
This programmer can be used to read and write any smart card that is ISO7816 compliant at 3.57 and 3.68 frequencies.
This smart card programmer does not come with a serial cable and power supply. You will need a standard male to female serial cable and a 9 volt DC 200 ma, 2.1 mm plug center positive to power the programmer such as the one found at http://www.montek.com/cart/catalog/AC-DC-Adapter-9VDC-200mA-Positive-p-27394.html.
